In business and even in your personal life, your word is everything. If you do not stand by your word, or go against what you tell people, this shows that your:
1. Inconsistent
2. Unreliable
3. Uncreditae

... And so on. When you tell a
Client you are going to do something, do it. If you utter the words, "you have my word". Then you better stand by it.
