As I was walking into a Publix, I noticed a man watching me walk in with my kids and just stopped and smiled at the kids. It got me thinking. He was in his late 70-80s and he was most likely a widow and not financially stable. I could see the appreciation for life and the innocence of my kids in his eyes. It made me also appreciate that despite my stress, my issues and whatever else goes on in my day and life, the value of family is so important. I put myself in his shoes and could imagine the life he had. He had a pleasant way about him and just enjoyed life, despite pushing carts in in the 100 degree weather. To make a long story short, I know how precious life truly is and I sometimes lose sight of what is truly important. Living a positive, healthy life. And your family. Everything else is just life. Money comes and goes. More than you know (lol. Damn IRS). Nevertheless kiss your wife/husband and kids and tell them you love then. You never know when your day will come. Carpe diem.

On another note I strive to be positive and spread a positive vibe on a daily basis. If anyone has any tips or would like to discuss this further, please post to my blogs. I welcome the tips and open discussion. Sometimes happieness is hard to cone by these days.
