The single most important aspect of any business is customer service. No longer can a company survive on poor service. There are too many companies behind you that will take your place if you are not willing to provide stellar service. The other most important thing is to maintain that service. Some companies start out good and fizzle out and lose steam. To us, we walk the walk of superior customer service. A good way to test how good your services are; cold call your clients and see if they are willing to switch or entertain the notion of switching. If they do, you are doing something wrong
You will learn allot about your company.
When other IT companies solicit our clients, they send then to us. This is a perfect scenario. We continue to strive for perfection in customer service. You should do the same.
