Has Apple's Quality slipped since Steve Jobs took a back seat?

The question remains that has there been a loss in quality control since Steve Job's illness and stepping down recently? If you ask me, I say YES. After purchasing Snow Leopard only to find out there were operability issues within certain apps, I was surprised to see such a glaring oversight in their new OS. Not to mention, I have yet to notice any difference or improvements. Other then some window features, new web browser, and some transparent menus and some other basics.

Personally I have noticed a change in operations since Steve Jobs has left due to illness. What are your thoughts?
