(forgive my rants) Innovation is ever-changing. In fact the definition in my eyes not sitting around for "the next best thing", nor am I waiting for someone else to create it. I'll admit, it
Seems like every way to make money and live an honest living has been done, by I eat sleep, and breathe opportunities and I am always looking for new products, improving existing and how I can improve our lives in general. The passion to innovate is not simply a money game. It's about creating and developing a product my son will use. That is innovation.

We, as a society sit back and watch certain individuals changes the way we operate our lives. In this instance tech for me. Why way for someone else to create what tom and now a man who wanted to meet chicks via the Internet -"the information superhighway" (I love that 1980's ref..) Mark Zuckerberg. Thank Gog for being a pervert. You have paved the way for people to use similar apps (not as robust). Facebook is a great invention. Oh excuse me, innovation. It's after midnight and I'm in desperate need of rest and time with m family.

The moral is.... Zuckerburg, as juvenile (and genius) as he is, he still thought with an innovative mind.

Innovation could also end up playing a role In our survival as we innovate alternate fuels, and other natural resources.

I'd say innovation would help medicine but that's been proven in the 10 trillion industry call pharms (I'm sure you can guess)..,amd sensed sarcasm.

So keep thinking. Keep innovating. Keep thinking how your mind can change the world!

Initially, computer invention focused on complementing and replacing human functions. Computers required many components to imitate these functions.

X In order to replace human senses, computers needed input devices for perception and data entry.
X In order to be able to store data and process it like a human brain, computers needed processors and memory.
X In order to replace the human nervous system and be able to perform, computers needed software.
X In order to replace human hands, feet, etc., computers needed output devices.
X In order to be able to permanently store data and information, computers needed storage devices.
X In order to communicate with other computers, computers needed to be able to network and form an electronic community and electronic society.

A SaaS-based or hosted CRM is nothing more than an easier way to deploy a CRM that would otherwise take much longer due to SQL integration, setup, config, IIS-Setup, etc...We have tested, deployed and wasted so much money as an IT company that I am not sure what model is best. The best thing I can offer and say is this:

1. Know what you want. Many people and owners think they know what they want, then find out something totally different when its in action. This happened to us with our clients. When we broke it down, they wanted a simple way (ie - send in an email to a ticket, reverse and repeat).

2. Choose wisely and don't over-extend your budget because you think you must have the "salesforce.com" name.

3. Prepare. Moving to a new CRM. Either online or in-house is a big PITA! Be prepared to carve out several months to really get it in place properly.

4. Don't go for the cheapest (ie Open Source or Free ones). You get what you paid for. Your clients will notice and service can suffer due to this.

5. Don't over complicate your lives. We signed up with Kaseya and AutoTask only to find we didn't need 65-70% of the tools within their repertoire of services. Great products for an SMB looking to automate everything, and lose some actual interaction, and possibly clients.

If anyone needs help making a decision on this, feel free to reach out. So good luck to all and God Bless!

Let me say I misjudged and spoke out of context about Limitless Technology. Todd has proven to be a stand-up guy. Thx Todd!
